Leading Food Manufacturer based in Northern Suburbs of Cape Town is looking to employ a QA Officer.

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
A minimum ND in Food Technology or similar
At least 5 years’ experience gained in FMCG Industry
Experience in BRC, FSA, HACCP, internal auditing and food safety audits/certification audits essential
Knowledge of microbiology
Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
Must be willing and able to travel nationally
