QA/QC Site Technician/Manager - Northern Cape - Wind Farm Project

The incumbent will form part of the construction team in the EPC contractor and will carry out an activity of QA/QC of all the activities of Civil Work in this kind of construction.
Key performance areas include the following:
• Site QA/QC Management
• Ensure implementation and comply of all QA/QC Method Statements, QC Plans, and Work Instructions. EPC´s specifications;
• Verification of testing equipment (Measuring Monitoring Devices) related to the job as per requirements;
• Perform any other duties deemed necessary by the Quality Construction Manager;
• Review subcontractor´s documentation (Procedures, Quality Reports, “Final Dossiers”);

Applicable Diploma in Civil Engineering as well as Total Quality Management qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in EPC projects preferably major Concrete construction bases ,and Steel/Rebar
• Knowledge of international standards applied in this type of project (scope of civil construction)
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Ability to live in remote and harsh environments;
• Ethical Sense;
• Good Communication Skills;
• Great capacity of interpersonal relationship.
