Moving of artwork/packaging artwork onto the tech sheet and saving this on the server for upload.
Ensuring technical specs and details are correct on the tech sheet.
There are tight deadlines that need to be met
This person will work very closely with our design team and ensure the correct artwork is uploaded to the correct factory.
The QC part :
Open and Open range customers :
Liaising with the factories on the due date for PPS ( photos) due
Liaising with the Designers for comments back to the factory on the PPS photos
Checking of PPS when they arrive at the office on quality/ construction and measurements. Checking artwork with designers on the PPS.
Handing over of PPS to the licensing admin person to send to licensors for approval - leasing and keeping track of approvals as they come in.
Handing over of PPS to the Photo person.
Tagging the PPS / Housing of samples in the sample room
Updating /tracking of PPS approval process and reverting back to the factory with PPS comments for bulk as per the timeline.
Ensuring all BPS are correct to the PPS.
Liaising with Customers on their PPS and BPS status.
Working with the warehouse on Final inspections of bulk.
Must have Excel/word/ Outlook skills.
Good communications skills – especially with China.
Must have a good eye for detail.
For the tech sheets – Adobe is an advantage.
Must have good admin skills.
