Financial Company is looking for a |Qualified Chartered Accountant. Must be a good Problem solver and have good communication skills, Leader and management capabilities.
R30K - R35K negotiable plus incentives for new client development. (10% commission on all new clients monthly fees)
Will be traveling to Zimbabwe twice a year. The Successful candidate will be 2IC to MD.
Brief Overview:
Draft financial statements
Review and oversee bookkeeping and manage accounts as well as tax administration for mainly SA clients, but also a few Zimbabwe Clients as well.
Manage relationships and transact on behalf of Mauritian / Seychelles Clients. (Maintain accounts for each)
Assist in higher-end transactions such as the sale of shares etc. (Drafting agreements and resolutions, CGT returns etc. – Mainly for transactions in Zim
Providing tax planning and company structure advice to small SME clients – In SA and Zimbabwe.
Growing the bookkeeping and accounting client base in SA.
