Salary: R12-15k Per Month
Complement Recruitment are recruiting for 2x Qualified Locksmiths for a permanent position in Centurion, Tshwane, Gauteng. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years experience with industrial and residential locksmith duties ie. safes, vehicles, transponder keys, locks, security.
Purpose of Position:
Installing, repairing, adjusting, and replacing locks and other door closures around various businesses, commercial, industrial, domestic homes, industrial buildings and facilities, vehicles and such. Making duplicate keys when required; and managing the supply of keys. Key coding and transponder programming, company equipment, machinery training provided.
Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12; Qualified Locksmith
• 2-3 Years experience as Locksmith minimum, experience in Mechanical, electrical etc
• Drivers License, able to work overtime/shifts when need be (Monday – Saturday)
• Salary above excludes an after-hours cash bonus
• Clear Criminal Record (Checks will be conducted)
• Ability to work independently, and within a team
• Strong customer service skills – driven by excellence and high reputation for getting the job done
• Related experience in preventative maintenance, or electrical work is a plus
• Proficient in the techniques of the trade, and can use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Duties:
• Duplicate keys and locks
• Install locks, both mechanical and electric
• Repair and maintain existing lock systems
• Keep accurate records of keys when they are distributed and returned
• Locksmith Requirements and Qualifications
• Experience with a variety of lockpicking tools and key-cutting hardware, transponder, mortice locks, electrical and fault finding capabilities
