Requirements:
Relevant Trade Qualification / Red Seal
5+ Years experience in the relevant role
Knowledge of Safety and Food Safety (OHS, HACCP, GMP etc)
Sound knowledge of machinery & systems
Analyse systems & machinery and identify/rectify problems
Knowledge of cooling systems

Responsibilities;
Perform maintenance tasks as per schedule, preventative breakdowns & modifications
Ensure equipment and tools are controlled to prevent loss and injury
Assist with planning and supervision of team
Ensure good housekeeping
Compliance with Health & Safety Regulations
Minimize plant downtime
Documentation and administration
Oversee all cooling plants
