Haus Properties have grown extensively over the past few years, consisting of enthusiastic Candidate Property Practitioners and have since established that we have a need for qualified Property Practitioners to join our dynamic team to oversee the entire selling process, while offering attractive commission splits and worthwhile incentives, with many opportunities to partner with our organization.

KEY DUTIES
• Generate leads and canvass properties to sell.
• Compile a marketing plan for a property and monitor progress.
• Arrange for photography and home staging.
• Property Valuation – able to apply sound principles when estimating the value of a property.
• Visit sellers with the ability to talk knowledgably about their property and area.
• Organize and attend show days.
• Represent the seller in negotiations with potential buyers.
• Liaise with all stakeholders including mortgage brokers, conveyancers, and other estate agents.
• The ability to knowledgably advise sellers and buyers.
• Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market as well as the general market.
• Prepare Offer to Purchase Agreements and Mandates.
• Maintain and update listings of available properties.
• Maintain and update database and systems.
• Motivate and lead a team of candidate property practitioners through setting the example.
• Reporting on business unit performance.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Completion of a 12-month internship under the mentorship of a full status estate agent.
• Completion of a NQF4 Further Education and Training Certificate in Real Estate with a Services SETA (SSETA) accredited training provider or in the process of completion.
• Completion of a Professional Designation Examination (PDE), conducted by the EAAB.
• Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate.
• Proven working experience as a Property Practitioner with a proven track record of successful sales.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Stable financial position.
• Own vehicle, cell phone and laptop.
