We are looking for a highly motivated, diligent and enthusiastic admin person who will be able to manage the ISO 9001: 2015 system as well as Health and Safety requirements.

Job Description:

While this position is that of a general admin assistant, main functions of the position will be ISO 9001:2015 & Health and Safety related along with General office administration:

Compiling, Typing and Distribution of ISO 9001:2015 documentation & Health and Safety documentation
General office admin
Filing
This Job description is not limited to these functions only and candidate may be allocated other admin tasks
Qualifications and competencies:

Senior Certificate
Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel
A good understanding of ISO 9001: 2015 & OHS processes and procedures would be highly advantageous
Excellent communication skills
Organisational skills
Must be able to read, speak and write in English
Must be able work under pressure. This position is deadline orientated
Ability to multitask in a fast paced, team oriented setting
Must be able to work on your own with the ability to manage these systems and take responsibility for the tasks at hand.
Must be able to start work at 7am Monday to Friday
