Responsibilities:
Implement and manage warehouse quality and food safety system – meetings, incidents investigations, maintenance of quality systems in warehouses and on Entropy, hygiene audits and internal training
Verification of quality systems on the branch (Internal audits)
Implement and execute QC systems at branch including microbiological standards
Implement and train warehouse and distribution personnel regarding quality and food safety
Compile and provide quality reports on a monthly basis
Implement and manage food safety systems at the respective satellite branches
Implement and monitor temperature measurements throughout the warehouse and the branch’s distribution processes
Develop and implement correct monitoring systems and relevant reports
Develop and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with quality requirements
Develop and implement Investigation and corrective actions
Investigation of food safety and quality incidents at the warehouse
Assist different BU's with quality complaints and investigations
Develop and implement communication between different departments on the site

Requirements:
FMCG food experience
Relevant Degree or Diploma
Irregular hours
