RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the quality system in Production
Oversee the quality and food safety management system
Report/communicate to Production and PT&T on formulation, process changes etc. that will influence quality/food safety at plant level
Verify that FSSC 22000 related training is done
Oversee that the quality and food safety requirements are met
Liaise with Production regarding investigation of complaints
Assist with product recalls and withdrawals when requested
Investigate complaints, incidents and corrective actions regarding quality and food safety
Conduct, report and record investigations related to quality and implement corrective actions
Action the priorities and corrections with Production team

REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant Degree
Relevant experience in applying job-related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level in FMCG Food & Beverage production
Business English: Fluent
Code 08 Driver's license
Travel off-site/ overnight stay
Work shifts/weekends/public holidays
