RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced QUALITY CONTROLLER for a company based in Howick, KwaZulu-Natal Midlands.

REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Code EB valid driver’s license.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
This role would suit a recent Food Technology (or similar) Graduate (Diploma or Degree).
Person will be responsible for overall quality of product, focusing on sampling, culturing records, filling temperature, incubation temperature, incubation time, etc.
