MANUFACTURING QUALITY ENGINEER

A. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
• Conduct product and process audits
• Prepare for external systems and process audits
• Manage product / process changes
• Effective document control techniques.
• Participate in projects and lead project quality
actions
• Co-ordinate corrective action plans &
implement where necessary.
• Implement Control plan & FMEA Control
measures.
• Initiate continuous improvement with particular
focus to scrap reduction activities
• Ensure good quality product is delivered to the
Customer.
• Ensure incoming components meet Customer
specification / liaison with Suppliers.
• Customer quality direct contact ensuring
customer satisfaction

B. EXPERIENCE
• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the Automotive industry in the quality field.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Engineering or technical qualification (post-matric) education essential.
