QUALITY LEAD -GAUTENG

A Global company has a position for a senior Quality Lead Pharmacist based in Midrand.

• To Provide leadership and oversight of QA/QC activities in South Africa.
• Ensure that all quality matters and all aspects of the operational business comply with GxP, legal and regulatory requirements and the Corporate Quality Manual and Policies.
• Prevent significant quality issues or regulatory non-compliance which could lead to product stock out or withdrawal, product approval delays or which could negatively impact business continuity as well the company’s reputation.
• Support the organisation in the movement towards a state of perpetual compliance.

Requirements:
• B. Pharm or Dip. Pharmacy.
• Registered with the South African Pharmacy Council.
• 3 to 5 years in Pharmaceutical Industry (Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Registration /Production).
• Good knowledge/understanding of GMP, Quality Systems and Quality Practices. Product Release, Documentation, Process and Third- Party Management.
• Customer/results focus/ High compliance/Planning & Organizational skills, Analytical, Pay attention to detail/accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, ability to impact, influence and collaborate with key stakeholders.
• Operate at both Strategic and Operational level.
• Computer literate.
