1. Daily Responsibilities
• Ensure internal audits are conducted – process, product & dock audits.
• Monitor audit findings and investigate where necessary
• React to any internal non-conformance – investigate where necessary and implement corrective action
• Respond to customer complaints regarding non-conformance – implement corrective action
• Ensure company procedures are followed
• Identify areas for improvement within the QMS and implement

2. Quality:
1. Quality Management System
• ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 – update policies and procedures in line with international standards, revision and control of all supporting documents. Attending audits, attending to non-conformance, action plans and closing off audit findings. Training and awareness of company policies and procedures.
• ISO 14001 – update policies and procedures in line with international standards, revision and control of all supporting documents. Ensure compliance with local laws and statutory obligations. Attending audits, attending to non-conformance, action plans and closing off audit findings. Training and awareness of company policies and procedures.

2. Customer Audits
• Ensure our process and product are compliant with our customer requirements
• Attend audits, closing off any findings
• Implementing customer specific requirements
