Quality Manager - Bloemfontein

Responsibilities:
Manage the quality system within Production
Assist in the development and implementation of the quality safety management system
Report/communicate to Production and Product Technology and Technical Services on formulation and process changes
Verify that FSSC 22000 related training is done
Support and manage the quality and food safety requirements in Production
Investigate complaints, incidents and corrective actions regarding quality and food safety
Facilitate Quality and Food Safety Audits
Manage staff

Requirements:
B,Sc Degree in Food Science or Microbiology / B,Tech or Diploma in Food Science
FMCG Food Production experience
8 - 10 years experience in a Production Quality environment
In-depth understanding of quality assurance and legal requirements
Knowledge of FSSC 22000, ISO 9000, ISO 9001, HACCP 10330
