Experience and Qualification: 5 – 10’ years in Quantity Surveying
Minimum Requirement AND/OR Preferably Degree in Quantity Surveying. (More on the Engineering side than Building Construction)
Contract Period: Yearly Contract (Can be extended based on performance and Clients Requirements)
Location: Cape Town Harbour
Working Hours: 7:00 – 15:00
Project Specific up to 90 Days: 7:00 -19:00 including weekend. Working every second weekend. Projects can range from 30day to 90days – 3 times per year. Overtime will be paid
Starting Date: 1 February 2020

Contract Admin
Compile Tenders
Site Re-Measures
Adjudications
Admin function (Filing, Checking Quotations)
Settlement of Final Accounts
Cost Reporting to the Client

Competency in Software:
MS Office 2013: MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Outlook, MS Excel (Advanced)
Have experience on any Quantity Surveying Software (WinQS, DimX etc.)
Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
