QUANTITY SURVEYOR
(SOMERSET WEST)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Excellent computer literacy with experience in use of SketchUp, MS Projects & MS Excel
• Ability to work independent and as part of a team
• Good communication skills in Afrikaans and English
• A valid driver’s licence
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Compiling of bills of quantities and pricing
• Approval by clients, placement of orders
• Financial management of projects
