Receiving Supervisor – Durban (Manufacturing or FMCG Only)
Salary – R15 000 CTC
Requirements:
• Grade 12 / Matric
• A Diploma or Degree Qualification in Business, logistics or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar role
• Previous experience having worked with SAGE is preferred or any related ERP system

Duties
• Ensures all incoming material is accurately accounted for and entered correctly into the ERP system
• Perform stock taking of raw materials, packaging in the warehouse.
• Prepare stock requisition & send through to Procurement for pacing stock orders
• Issue stock from store rooms & scan out issued stock
• Conduct a visual quality inspection of stock to identify defects & report defective raw materials according to CCP
• Perform stock taking of raw materials & packaging warehouse.
• Manage requisition room and requisition stock
• Compare the stock used with completed orders to identify wastages.
• Analyze wastages & breakages in relation to the FIFO system.
• Monitor the receiving warehouse to ensure a hygienic working environment.
• Submits invoices, credit notes and forms.
• Captures incoming stock
• Filing of invoices
• Purchase orders and COA according to spec on receipts.
• Monitor the receiving warehouse to ensure a hygienic working environment and check to ensure hygiene compliance.
• Ensure employees are aware of the work and safety procedures.
