Company in Midrand is looking for a Receptionist | Accounts Assistant. Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in accounts and answering of SWB. Good knowledge of excel.
Must have own transport. Must live close to Midrand.
Must have clear criminal record, ITC & traceable references.
Negotiable depending on experience,
Responsibilities:
• Answering calls, general filling, be able to work excel and word,
• Making of payslips, attendance keeping on excel
• Invoicing, credit notes, capture payments hard
• worker, takes instructions from manager, flexible with working times, own
• Working hours from 08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday Saturday 8:00-13:00
Please note that the above-mentioned experience is essential.
