Receptionist, Administrator and Data Capturer
Location: Kuruman, Northern Cape
Start Date: 1 July 2022
Our client is searching for a Receptionist to join their team. The successful candidate will be working on a Mobile Clinic based in Kuruman, Northern Cape. The candidate will be required to take responsibility for the reception desk on the Mobile Clinic, welcome clients, open patient files by capturing patient information and capturing patient data once consultation is complete.
Preparation, compilation, sorting and capturing of data.
Transfer paper-based records to electronically captured records.
Maintain and organize Mobile Clinic front desk.
Respond to phone calls and emails.
Oversee daily front desk operations.
Track and replace office supplies periodically.
Prepare and submit reports daily, weekly and monthly.
Assist colleagues when necessary.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must be able to deal with patients directly and to onboard patients before they are assisted.
Must be able to capture data quickly and accurately.
Must be able to work within a Team and as an individual.
Be able to conduct general administrative work.
Must be able to adapt to changing work environments.
Must be willing to learn and develop new skills in the workplace.
Must have great communication skills
2 - 3 years of experience as receptionist, administrator or data capturer
Previous experience in healthcare would be an advantage
Qualification in business administration would be an advantage
