RESPONSIBILITIES

Reception
Paging
Switchboard
Purchasing – Goods, Local and International
Processing Orders
Reporting/Administration
Health, Safety and Quality
Food Safety System Certification (FSSC)
Other Duties
Tea and Coffee for customers and clients and when there are meetings in the boardroom.
Receiving / signing of goods where required.
Ensure that a log book is kept for the use of the company bakkie
Food safety standards are site-specific

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

Matric is a must!
Diploma/ Degree in Purchasing, Logistics or Supply Chain advantageous
8 -15 years’ experience in a purchasing environment within a manufacturing environment, with plastics experience an advantage.
