Receptionist
The successful candidate must be a determined, hardworking and strict individual that has the ability to engage people in an understanding and kind manner from all walks of life. Requirements:
Matric/ Grade 12 certificate or relevant qualification
Computer literate with strong Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint skills
A valid Drivers License and own reliable vehicle
Sales and/or Marketing qualification related to Sales Management
General understanding of labour law and disciplinary procedures
Experience of managing, developing and coaching individuals and teams
Achieving required productivity levels, sales targets
Experience of working in a sales environment, working to achieve targets and to control costs
Review weekly/monthly performance
Anticipate issues and implement action and contingency plans
Be aware of competitor activity and ranking in each area
Managing relationships and communication
Developing, motivating and coaching staff
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Thrive on a fast paced environment and are good at prioritising
Demonstrate lots of initiative
Reflects Company image through personal appearance, personality and style
