Receptionist/ Office Administrator
Main Functions
Answer one switchboard for 2 divisions
Extensive client liaison
Assisting with basic design work
Price lists on Excel
All round office administration, filing, updating records etc.
Liaising with courier services
Assisting key accounts with prices
Assisting the Sales executive with general quoting, administration, general backup.

Minimum Requirements
Own car and driver's license essential
Preference will be given to candidates available immediately
Excellent communication skill (Verbal and Written)
English home language
Excellent MS Office knowledge essential (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience in Graphic Design will be a huge advantage
