Receptionist/Office Assistant - Durbanville
Desired Education: Matric, Diploma in office management. Experience in an office environment is advantageous.
The candidate will be responsible for all general administration duties. They will abide by office operations and procedures as laid out by management in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Answering phones/switchboard operation, message taking, receiving visitors, post and couriers.
Assist in office operations and administrative activities
Oversee to office equipment, furniture, supplies & repairs.
Events management, ie. Birthdays, staff social functions, social responsibilities, etc.
Obtain quotes and assist the financial department in getting quotes.
Produce reports and correspondence as needed
Liasing with landlord and suppliers with regard to office maintenance and improvement
Management of PABX, internet connection, printers, copier and fax machine.
Checking post office
Booking couriers & making sure the courier relationship is managed
