Receptionist.
Knowledge required:
• Basic Computer Skills (MS Windows 7 / Windows XP)
• Internet and Microsoft Outlook/Email (Basic)
• Microsoft Office (Basic)
• Office management tools (purchase requisitions/purchase orders)
• Basic Stock controls (stationary / office consumables)

Experience:
• At least 5 years managing reception and office admin
Key Performance Areas:
Receive telephone calls, visitors and incoming mail. Redirect, screen and respond to calls. Follow up on urgent action items. Ensure reception is appropriately manned at all times or the nightline is active. Ensure to create a favourable impression for visitors entering the building.
