Requirements:

Matric
Computer literate
Proficient with Excel
Great planning and organizing skills

Job Description:

Manning switchboard and/or taking messages
Attending to walk in clients; talk about products; assist with sales
Attending to site visitors – sign in, give protective wear, offer coffee/tea
Writing out of orders
Assisting both Directors with ad hoc tasks
Manage website by loading products to build an e-presence
Answering emails relating to orders
Filter orders to the warehouse; stay on top of order status – keep clients informed
Book couriers
Check, sign & scan Goods Receiving Notes
Flexible to take on small additional admin duties as needed
