My client, a specialist in technical products, is looking for a receptionist who will be the first face of the company and will provide office support, at their office in Midrand.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact to clients who visit, call in or email. You will handle each client interaction professionally and be a brand ambassador for the organisation. You will add additional value to the company by helping with office administration and will assist in preparing quotes, sending out marketing mails, data capturing and other administrative functions.

We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual who has initiative and is looking to grow with the company long-term.

Ideally you have matriculated, completed some form of additional studies, and you have 1 years’ experience in a receptionist role with the same duties or 1 years experience as a sales support administrator.

Excellent verbal and written communication is essential as well as intermediate PC literacy in MS Outlook, Word and Excel. Training will be provided but also includes self-development.

You will work in a small company where there is a relaxed atmosphere but lots of work to be done.
You will receive a decent entry level salary, provident fund and performance related bonus.
