Your key job responsibilities as the Reconciliation Clerk in Johannesburg will include:

- Liaising with both receivers and collectors for clarification on recon & settlement discrepancies
- Assist Sales department with relevant financial and transactional reports as required.
- Attend Daily Operational Meeting to discuss issues currently affecting the business
- Review and sign all Manual Payment requisitions
- Implementing processes to streamline the department to achieve the following:
- Daily reconciliation of all prepaid electricity receivers and collectors
- Daily reconciliation of all bill payment receivers and collectors
- Daily reconciliation for airtime for third party collectors and suppliers
- Daily reconciliation of the website and mobile app for all transactions
- Checking of cash books on a weekly basis for import
- Reconciliation back to the bank statements for receivers and collectors
- Management of claims for receivers and collectors
- Liaising with both receivers and collectors for clarification on recon & settlement discrepancies
- Monitor and reassign all work requests, logged via PGS, to the relevant team members

Requirements for this Reconciliation Clerk job in Johannesburg:

- Matric
- Relevant course, relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
- Accounting
- Financial Reconciliation and Settlement
- 5 years related experience.
- Business Analyst Background (Advantageous)
- Experience in the gaming industry preferred
