Job Description:
Recruitment, selection and the interviewing of learners (able and persons with a disability).
Draft job specs and adverts.
The placing of Advertisements (on all social media platforms).
Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
Conduct pre-screening interviews.
Conduct telephonic interviews.
Liaising with all levels of management regarding their recruitment needs.
Achieving the required monthly recruitment targets.
Perform reference checks for potential learners.
Perform ITC/criminal checks if and when requested by clients.
Compiling and delivering recruitment reports.
Creating and maintaining a database of potential candidates.
Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data as per HR policies and procedure.
Writing and forwarding rejection letters.
Preparing and sending offer packages.
Preparing and sending new employee orientation packages.
Perform other special tasks as assigned.
Liaising with and building a relationship with disability NGO’s.
Conducting all administration functions in relation to recruitment.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year’s operational recruiting experience in a contact centre environment.
Experience in role profiling, competency and behavioural interview techniques.
Competent in MS Office packages, particularly MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to communicate at all levels - both verbal and written.
