We are looking for a vibrant hardworking individual to join a dynamic sales team. The main job responsibility is cold calling for recruitment services and as such we are looking for a hunter to source new clients. The role will also require that the candidate cultivates and also follows up on current and clients. You will be a part of a small team where everyone helps everyone when needed. You must be willing to learn, help and grow within the company.

You will be trained on the following key aspects of the job:
Composing adverts
Response handling CV’s
Screening candidates
Sourcing candidates via various platforms
Cold calling
Business development
Marketing candidates to clients
Candidate and client liaison
The full recruitment sales process

Qualification:
Grade 12
A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
