A growing start-up recruitment agency is now looking for a Sourcing Assistant who will work alongside the Recruitment Manager in sourcing suitable candidates for various exciting positions available.

We are looking for someone who is energetic, strong communication skills and attention to detail, to be able to source and interview candidates at various levels from junior to executives of large corporates.

This is an exciting role for someone who is in need of extra income, and earning potential is limitless at a high commission rate.

Job Requirements:
Preferably prior working experience in a similar role
Home office set up with own computer, wifi and cell phone
Have an active LinkedIn account
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Good attention to detail
