As the Recruitment Specialist in Gauteng, your primary responsibility is to generate potential clients / leads through persuasive and creative methods of finding customers and generate positive business leads.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Matric or relevant degree
At least 2-4 years’ practical experience within a Recruiting Position
Outbound sales and business development experience
Possess your own Laptop
Internet access
Space to work from home or existing office environment
Be computer literate with extensive experience in MS Office Suite especially in respect to Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet usage
Excellent command of English and Afrikaans (written and verbal)
Able to communicate across all levels
Own cell phone and vehicle

General administration
Establish and generate qualified business leads
Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies
Build sound relationships with clients by developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, work culture and environment to set long term relationships enabling a preferred supplier concept for Essentially HR
Timeous and accurate reports to the Director of positive business leads for further engagement
