RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify opportunities for increased service levels and implement solutions
Improve customer service through driving increased order fill rate and delivery strike rate
Measure and assist in optimising truck utilisation
Assist with developing new market strategies and route to market initiatives
Facilitate identification and onboarding of new agents and distributors
Drive and optimise compliance with Service Level Agreements
Manage relationship between sales and distribution
Drive performance of distribution through agreed service level agreements
Provide training to agentsand distributors
Track and report on financial and control measures including overtime, vehicle utilisation and optimisation as well as asset management


REQUIREMENTS:
Degree
FMCG Food experience
Business English: Fluent
Computer literacy (Advanced)
Code 08 Driver's license
