A FOREIGN EXCHANGE company in Sandton is looking to employ REGIONAL BRANCH MANAGER in the following industry, Bureau de Change and Money Transfer. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH FOREIGN EXCHANGE
• 7 - 10 years’ experience managing many branches in a region
• Managed a foreign exchange company for a period of 7 – 10 years
• Managing various channels in a business with the main focus on business development, sales, marketing etc.
• Strong administration, coordinating and consolidating skills
• Valid Driver’s license
• MS Office proficient, especially MS Excel
• Excellent leadership skills and able to manage workflow without supervision
• Attention to detail, time management, prioritizing, meeting of deadlines
• Proactive and strong ability to update management continuously on progress
• Brilliant coordinating and ADMINISTRATION skills is required
• Fluency in English which include excellent business writing skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Able to manage stress by strong focusing ability as well as multitask
• Report directly to the CEO and COO
• Responsible for overseeing and supervising the company's activities with regard to new product launches, sales, compliance, licenses, work tools, correspondence, maintenance, IT – BASICALLY A – Z responsibility
• Monitor departmental budgets, prepare reports for senior management and ensure the department complies with company requirements
• Communication and negotiating with potential partners, suppliers, authorities, government bodies, external stakeholders
• Identify potential new opportunities for growth of market share
• Support in cross-selling, up-selling, product launches in line with business goals
• Administration – A – Z : from job cards, reports, etc
