REGIONAL MANAGER
UPINGTON AREA

Requirements:
- Relevant qualification with at least 5 years operations experience at management level.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Must have good understanding of sales and client service.
- Be an problem solving person
- Taking ownership and leading the operational activities of the Company.
- Participating in commercial strategy, sales and marketing activities.

Key Accountabilities:
- Management of branch in the NC area
- Enlarge sales territory in the Northern Cape area to grow the division
- Quality and audit reports to ensure that staff and applying the correct HS codes
- Approval of high value shipments from the manager as well as head office.
- Ensure that reports are submitted to management on customer and site visits
- Quarterly visits to all border offices and customers
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance as well as all HR matters
- Keep updated on customs related matters
- All communications with customers and key accounts
