Overview
Seasoned and qualified B2C Marketing Executive required to design, implement, manage and monitor demand generating marketing strategies. Reporting to a Senior Executive, this role plays an integral role of the success of an international brand in the South African Market.

Minimum Requirements:
Business or Marketing related Degree
10 or more years working experience specific to the marketing and advertising industry
5 or more years’ experience specific to the B2C market
5 or more years’ experience having managed a large team
Extensive experience specific to Digital/ Online Marketing

Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing and Business Development strategy:
Provide strategic direction on Marketing initiatives specific to and for various regions and sub regions
Implement, manage and monitor all marketing plans with the internal team as well as external partners

Manage various other marketing initiatives/ components such as:
Direct messaging (while ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies)
Above the Line Media selection
Digital media planning inclusive of latest trends and best practice
ROI
Supplier negotiations

Day to day management of between 5 to 8 direct reports
Effectively manage an annual budget of USD6 million
