International company is seeking a Director/Regional Sales and Marketing Manager - Southern Africa (Electrical)

Minimum Experience and qualifications:
• 5 Years in senior management / business development role within the electrical infrastructure and project related industries
• BTech or BSc Electrical Engineering
• Strong understanding of the MV and HV power products and solutions market
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Strong knowledge of relevant IEC and local standards and specifications
• Advanced level skills in MS Office
• Personality profile must be that of a Hunter – Dynamic, Entrepreneurial, Energetic

Requirements:
• The candidate must have a strong electrical background in Medium Voltage switchgear, and experience in High Voltage will be to his/her advantage.
• Must be well experienced in establishing and managing sales team,
• Be able to display skills and knowledge of applicable IEC standards
• Be able to display understanding and knowledge of market segmentation ea. Mining, Renewable Energy, Utilities and key industry player.
