Our client is looking for a Regional Sales Manager, the incumbent is required to have previous experience in managing stores and reaching targets. One must be able to remotely supervise a team of salespeople and set goals

Job Description
Design regional sales plans and quotas and ensure alignment with company objectives
Provide support to branch managers in daily store operation
Oversee store and employee performance
Draw up reports on regional sales
Annual and quarterly forecasts
Pinpoint hiring needs and train new salespersons
Review and draw up annual budgets for your area of responsibility
Analyze regional market trends and pinpoint new opportunities for growth
Suggest solutions to potential problems
Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
Suggest new products and services to maximise customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements
Proven work exp as a Regional Sales Manager
Ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators (ROI and KPI)
Availability to travel
Degree in Sales, Business Administration or any relevant field is advantageous
Valid driver's license
