Thuthukani Housing Finance is a non-bank credit provider with a national footprint. They currently have two vacancies for Regional Sales Managers, one for the costal region and one inland, to take responsibility for business development and key account management with the building material suppliers in the region to increase/develop the incremental home loan division.
Please note that extensive traveling on a daily basis is required for this position.
Main Purpose of the job
Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area aligned with the growth strategy of the organization.

Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performances in building merchants in the assigned area.

Developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with the various building merchants across the region to ensure sales and revenue targets and objectives are met.

Relevant Tertiary qualification in will be an advantage

Minimum Experience
5 years working experience in finance industry, preferably in the area of regional sales management.

Preferred minimum experience
• 7 years working experience in finance industry or sales on management level

• To monitor and maintain the regional key performance indicators as outlined by management
• To prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for review and to complete necessary administrative tasks i.e. management of budgets per area
• Monitor, evaluate and report on business trends to enable planning and implementation of marketing strategies based on business demands and customer volumes
• To look for opportunities to improve revenue generating activities as well as improve operational efficiencies within the region.

• To be available to support merchants when required, including writing business during peak / overflow periods
• To assist with coaching / training of the Area Managers to ensure that they achieve or exceed company expectations for quality, sales and service, by providing regular, constructive feedback and guidance to develop employees to their full potential
