Job Description
Our client is looking for 6 X Registered Nurses with solid experience in one of these: ICU, Trauma, NICU, Surgical or Medical within a private hospital based in KwaZulu Natal. The successful candidate to provide holistic and optimal quality nursing care to critical ill patients.

Responsibilities
• Provide quality basic and specialised nursing care to critically ill patients
• Continual communication with the patient and family regarding the patient’s condition.
• Administering of medication in accordance to ethical, legal framework
• Review and comply with internal systems and protocols
• Provide training and development ensuring personal and professional growth in the team
• Ensuring quality standards are maintained according to the unit specification

Requirements
• Relevant Degree/Diploma in Nursing
• 5-8 years’ experience as a nurse and at least 2 years' experience in specialty
• Strong customer orientation, team player, energetic and well organised
• Able to work under pressure in a continuous changing environment
• Flexible to work hours/shifts
• Strong interpersonal skills required
