A leading commercial bank in South Africa is looking to appoint a Relationship Manager: Wealth and Investment who will be Accountable for a portfolio of High Net worth Clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for the integration and coordination of all of the Bank’s products, services and resources in order to maximise the value of the business relationship and ensure profitability for the Bank and the Client. Moreover, the person will be accountable for coaching and mentoring the team to ensure the team performs effectively to meet targets and goals.
Expected to spend 50% of the time coaching and mentoring the team and the other 50% managing the portfolio of clients.

Minimum requirements:

• A Degree with an appropriate Financial Qualification;
• Managerial experience of at least five years in the banking sector;
• FAIS compliant;
• Solid knowledge of Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act; and
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
