Job Description

This role is responsible for growing the value of identified accounts across both public and private sectors. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through others.

Account Management:
1. Leads the account strategy for identified accounts.
2. Maintains value of existing key accounts.
3. Establish new business relationships
4. Plan and manage the full relationship between bank and the key accounts.
5. Ensure maintenance of up to date information to facilitate execution of strategy

Client Service Delivery:
1. Ensures service delivery is proactively monitored.
2. Operates on behalf of bank by facilitating service delivery between lines of business.
3. Focus on keeping clients satisfied with services and products of bank
4. Keep positive relationships with Key accounts
5. Meet deadlines, stay organized and use creativity to find ways to improve service.

Sales/ Productivity:
1. Ensure new business volumes and profitability from identified key accounts through others
2. Identifies new business opportunities
3. Set up new agreements

Team Effectiveness:
1. Balances own priorities with directing and motivating others.
2. Creates a climate for optimal performance.
3. Guides and directs staff to achieve operational excellence standards.
4. Individually accountable for others time, tasks and output quality, over periods of three months to a year.
5. Manages performance.
6. Plans & assigns work over periods of three months to a year.
7. Selects potential staff to sustain customer/ client service delivery.
