RELEASE CLERK

This position is based in Capetown.

JOB PURPOSE
To act as front line at the release desk and provide professional customer service.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Booking & Receiving of Export shipments.
• Liaise with customers regarding shipments.
• Invoicing
• Liaise with suppliers.
• Interact with TT / Outbound.

KEY COMPETENCIES
• Matric
• Excellent communication skills with focus on customer service
• Computer literacy – MS Office
• Detail orientated
• Experience in warehousing and logistics will be beneficial
