Remote CRM Specialist | Project Manager (JB1256)
Location: Fully remote for candidates living in South Africa
Duration: Permanent
Salary: R80 000.00 per month, negotiable

A comprehensive real estate services company, embedded in the financial sector in the USA with a history of providing innovative solutions to customers is seeking talent from South Africa that should be flexible on working hours with regards to the USA time zone and holidays.
Using QuickBase, our client has developed and implemented this workflow solution across the organisation. Due to massive growth, the Head of Department is sourcing "a right hand" to help manage the solution across the business.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience working closely with and expanding on CRM systems, project management skills, excellent understanding of databases including relational databases and API is required.
CRM experience could include QuickBase, Salesforce, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Dynamics, Zendesk, Zoho, HubSpot etc.
A Senior Systems Administrator | Analyst with strong Project Management ability and in-depth CRM knowledge would be well suited to this opportunity.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily administration, configuration, maintenance and end-user support of QuickBase, and PowerApps environment for users
Work with Senior Leadership to define reporting requirements and manage system enhancements
Lead and participate on project teams on tasks and activities within the supported environments
Design and implement solutions for managing applications and infrastructure, with goals of increasing the security, reliability, repeatability, and consistency of operational tasks
Monitor data quality and integrity. Execute data migration/cleansing projects
Take initiative to improve processes, decrease delivery time, and improve satisfaction. Look for ways to automate manual processes and increase self- capabilities
Collaborate with teams effectively, seek to understand user experience and stakeholder perspective on processes, and deliver clear solutions to stakeholders.
Leverage available documentation, training, team resources, and vendor teams to administer all team applications
Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor and identify insights from the user support requests we receive
Longer-term, this role has the growth potential to own the ongoing strategy for our internal QuickBase, and PowerApps Self-Service training portals
Identify suitable vendors, negotiate with vendors to secure the best prices for products and services, and ensure that vendors fulfil their contractual obligations.
Oversee the feature request/support backlog and work with the relevant leaders to prioritize and execute
Develop and improve upon life-cycle management, patch remediation to support security and audit compliance

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree.
10+ years of expertise in 1 + platforms: Salesforce, QuickBase, and PowerApps.
Understanding of relational database architecture and standard CRM system structure.
Skilled in collecting, aggregating, analysing, interpreting, and presenting data
Demonstrated experience developing and improving processes to drive business efficiencies.
Proven ability to build effective partnerships with business owners and technical partners.
Proactive and able to work with autonomy, thinking outside the box, self-starting problem solver and target driven
Expert level proficiency in scripting/programming languages
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work with key stakeholders across the organization; manage laterally and upward
