An established Property Group based in Johannesburg South is looking to grow the team.

As a Rental Property Agent you will be responsible for managing a rental portfolio, filling property with suitable tenants and providing great service to all.

You will be given a portfolio of properties, verify descriptions and photos, respond to enquires from marketing initiatives, do property viewings with prospective tenants and ensure all applications are completed correctly and submitted for approval.

You will also be responsible for pre-inspections, managing the tenant-owner relationship and growing your portfolio.

To qualify you are a target driven, self motivated individual who has matriculated and has atleast 2 year's experience in the same position with a successful track record. You pride yourself on customer service, have your own vehicle and you are not afraid to work unconventional hours.

In return you will earn a fair basic salary, recieve a set petrol and cellphone allowance, earn commission and have a lovely relaxed office environment where you will feel like part of the team.
