Transparent Digital is a newly formed company that manages the development of two e-commerce startups as well as SEO, Digital Advertising, SEO and website management services for additional small businesses.

The current portfolio consists of;
A super yachting web application
An event rentals market place
A niche industrial website

This is a startup and will suit someone who is looking to get stuck in, take some responsibility while being excited about opportunities and growth potential.

Internship Overview

We are looking for a proactive individual who is excited about working in a small start-up with the potential for fast growth. The candidate’s role will initially be focused around the following:
Searching for and gathering data in order to build a directory and accurate training timetables.
Managing/posting on a job aggregator board.
Writing content, running email campaigns while using MailChimp Pipe Drive CRM software.
Creating advertising content and coordinating with freelancer specialists.
SEO
Social Media
Sales
WordPress
Woo-commerce
Design
Data / Information aggregation and organisation
Content Writing

Responsibility held can grow quickly if the individual shows initiative PLUS there is potential sales commission once the groundwork is completed.

The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to disrupt markets and does not like the idea of being another cog in the wheel of a big system.

Key Requirements:
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Tech Savvy.
Interest in Marketing + e-commerce
Strong writing skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
Ideally from a marketing/advertising background but not essential.
Someone who wants to go against the grain and make things happen

Any basic coding or data handling skills

The workspace will be provided at WeWork in Rosebank which is South Africa’s most exciting collaborative office space. This is an amazing space to network and meet likeminded professionals, freelancers and entrepreneurs from various industries.
