Hospitality Diploma or Degree Qualification.

3 years Reservations experience 5* Game Lodge or Hotel.

To be responsible for  Reservations for the Game Lodge.

Accommodation and day visitor bookings e-mail or telephonically

Reservationist must processes all reservation requests, changes and cancellation received by phone, email or third party.

Computer experience: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Opera PMS
Experience in tele-sales.

Develop in-depth product knowledge of all lodges, activities and USPs.
Respond to website, email and telephonic enquiries accurately, timeously and courteously.
Handle guest enquiries while establishing rapport with guests during booking process.
Maintain effective customer relationships and actively resolve guest complaints, where
possible; exercise judgement when escalating it to the Reservations Manager.
Ensure accurate detailed capturing of reservations (providing accurate information,
- quoting, booking, etc.)
Maintain client database to ensure all guest information/details are complete
Assist with maintaining an efficient administration system within the department
Maximize sales, upselling of other revenue streams

PAN Hotel Management System experience.

Qualification: Degree or equivalent from reputable hotel school

Prior Front of House experience at a 5 star luxury property
