Site Manager – Residential Construction

R550 000 - 600 000 CTC per annum (Negotiable relevant to experience and qualifications)

Our highly-established Property Development Company of top-end residential estates is seeking a mature, EXPERIENCED SITE MANAGER with a strong Residential Construction background.

Please ensure your application includes a list of projects you have worked on, including Value of Project and amount of units per site.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Matric
• 5 years RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE - Not Negotiable
• Own transport and valid driver’s license (essential)
• Computer Literate
• Strong Leadership Skills
• Stable Career History
• Ability to speak and understand Afrikaans
• MUST be able to travel to and stay in Nelspruit (Accommodation and fuel will be paid for from Johannesburg)

Responsibilities:
• Safety
• Site establishment
• Must be well-versed in project and program procedures and guidelines in the construction industry
• Strong Communicator with proven conflict resolution, planning and coordinating skills
• Setting out of the works
• Quality Assurance / Control
• Sub-contractors Management
• Labour Management
• Commercial practices and procedures
• Stores and materials

CV must include the following or will not processed:

1. Full CV with all dates - e.g. Jan 2015 - Jul 2018 (not just year) as well as reasons for leaving each position
2. High School & Tertiary Education must have the year completed and the institution name
3. Your current notice period (1 Calendar month or 30 days)
