We are currently sourcing a dynamic individual to join a property company based in Sandton to work hand in hand with one of the Directors and the Head of Property Management.

The role is quite diverse and would require a candidate who is able to take initiative and project manage developments and re-developments in the residential space.

• Property Development
• Complex Maintenance
• Tenant Relations
• Advertising
• Event management
• Working with the designers
• Researching and assessing products and solutions
• Coordinating staff and contractors
