This is a dynamic position and our client requires a well-spoken, enthusiastic candidate * CWA or WSET will be advantageous * Formal hospitality diploma or equivalent * 3+ Years’ managerial experience in a similar position * Stock control and management * Service and Guest Centric * Strong administration and communication skills
